Leonard Barber, CPA, PCAM, CMCA /
President & CEO 

Mr. Leonard Barber, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is the founder of EPM. His experience and background in public accounting and the retail industry, has provided him with a keen awareness of the needs to effectively interact with and respond to customer needs. He has provided EPM and its clients with a unique dimension of financial and computerized services and plays an active, hands-on role in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Mr. Barber previously lived in a homeowners association and played an active role on the Board of Trustees and operating committees for the homeowners association he lived in for almost eight years.

Besides attending ongoing continuing professional education courses required by the accounting profession, Mr. Barber, also participates in many programs offered by Community Associations Institute (CAI), both as a presenter and attendee at many of their training seminars. He has received his Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public accountants. His expertise and involvement with each community we manage provides our clients with an unmatched resource for consultation and guidance.


Janice Barber, PCAM, CMCA / Executive Vice President -Operations

Mrs. Janice Barber has been equally involved in the growth and development of Executive Property Management since inception in 1982. She too has been involved with operating committees in the townhouse community she lived in, and experienced the challenges associated with managing communities, through ongoing direct management of various communities.

Mrs. Barber successfully completed her Professional Management Development Program (PMDP) in 1990, an extensive course offered by CAI to provide a foundation of practical knowledge and skills in community association management. She has attained her Professional Community Association Manager designation (PCAM) and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). She has played an active role as committee chairperson, moderator and attendee of many state and national conferences and seminars. Janice has been inducted into the National CAI Hall of Fame as well as the Century Club. In 1994, she was presented with the N.J. Chapter's "Member of the Year" award. In 1998, Janice served as President of the New Jersey Chapter of Community Associations Institute, and served on its Board of Directors for six years.
